Amber was a sensational stylist. She’s attentive, compassionate to my needs, and listens so well when I’m trying to convey what I want. Super patient with me and all my questions. She also made sure when leaving that I knew if I wasn’t happy with ANYTHING to contact her and she would happily do whatever needed to ensure I’m happy with my service. Will DEFINITELY be back to this stylist and salon- which by the way was clean, trendy and SOOOO accommodating. Worst experience ever! I picked this place because of the reviews but BAD decision! I asked for a dark purple balayage, which I’ve had before and showed that as a reference. By the time I left my whole head was purple and not a dark purple. My scalp was painted blue and you could see blue throughout my hair! When I washed my hair, which I only did twice within 7 days, a LOT of the dye came out! The bleached hair, light purple, and blue started to show! I called the salon and they would not give a refund because it is not in their policy but I seem to can’t find their policy anywhere. I plan on taking legal action because I was scammed out of $400. They even made me pay before the job was done! Below are pictures of what I wanted vs what I got. This place is the worst!
