Horrible! He was so rough with my nails and hands they still! He took a drill thing to my cuticles! All cut up and sore

Horrible service. The guy that did my nails glued the fake nails on crooked and when I mentioned it he said he was going to file them to be straight. They never ended up being straight. He also filed the skin around my nails with the nail drill multiple times without apologizing and would jerk my hands back in front of him when I pulled away from being hurt. Once the acrylic was applied the nails were still crooked. He also used a crazy amount of gel polish to the point I’m a couple days in and my acrylic nails are bubbling up and the polish is peeling. I paid way too much money for zero intricacy. Square nail and matte black. I also wanted nail art and it looks horrible. I cannot believe he looked at the set he did on me and thought it was okay. Every time I go here there's always added charges for some stupid reason. This last time they charged me extra for long nails? Does this length require an extra $8 charge. Tired of overpaying, won't be back. And I just read the owner's response. I did let them know, as soon as I paid. He said come back next time and he'll give money off. So I have to spend more money to get back money that was originally mine? Scam.
