Worst experience ever. My hair was literally butchered by Kayleigh. Save your money and go somewhere else!

If I could give them negative stars I would. I received a cut and bleach service. My bleach service turned out very yellow and uneven. I live in Sturgis and am a mother so when they offered to fix it, driving to Rapid and finding a babysitter again was very unrealistic. I paid $258 for my services and requested a partial refund so I could get it fixed somewhere closer. It being so close to Easter, I wanted it fixed before the holiday and would have no time to drive to Rapid before then. After going back and forth with them explaining that I could not come back to have it fixed, they agreed to a partial refund. I received my refund and it was only $37. This did not even cover the cost I had to pay to get it fixed. I am very unhappy and disappointed. I understand mistakes happen but the customer service was not there at all. Will never be back and will never recommend this salon to anybody. Service: Hair coloring
