I’ve been coming here for a while, never had a bad haircut or bad experience. The new girl Kara most recently cut my hair and she was the best stylist I’ve had at this location. Service: Haircut

My stylist asked if I wanted a shampoo because it would make it easier to cut my hair. I asked if it costs extra. She responded and said no, it was included in the price. When she rings me up, she charges me for the mvp experience instead of the regular varsity haircut. On top of this, she spilled water all over my shirt during the shampoo and I had to go back to work with a damp shirt. Also, the online portal said there was a 27 minute wait, but it was closer to an hour. Not coming back here and don't recommend coming. Service: Haircut

Went to get a haircut and was told it would be a three hour wait. There was only two people in the lobby. Just unacceptable. If you’re there you should be first. Not who checked in online and is not in the lobby. Service: Buzz cut
