Great Clips

Absolutely Love the Great Clips at Brittany Plaza!!!! The Manager Kaitlyn is totally awesome!! My son had several people who cut his hair and it wasn’t the best. Kaitlyn was there the last time he had a bad cut and she saw I didn’t look happy and she asked to fix it. He has only let her cut it since. Kaitlyn is the absolute best!!!

I can say this, without a shadow of a doubt. This store exemplifies perfect customer service. They took care of me and my wife when we had a situation. The manager and assistant manager are nothing but perfect examples of good people. I was a regular customers before. Now I am a lifetime in loyal customer to this great clips. If you’re needing a good haircut and a great experience, please do yourself or your family a favor and come to this great clips!

Friendly & very patient with my wiggly son!! But they lie said my son was estimated 39 mins I’ve been here over an hour employee leaving other employees in need missing going on break in peak times!! It’s been on 34 mins for over 34 mins I get estimates but that’s way off their was another I could of drove to with 12 minutes to wait we have meet teacher in hour still gotta shower the hair off him!! More people still walking in door!! They know back to school to schedule more employees during these weeks!!
