The nail tech I had did not want to perform her job. Went for a pedicure, asked for Callus removal which is an additional cost, she didn't use the tool after I asked her to do so, told her not to polish my big toe because I injured it, she did it anyway. Needless to say, I'm not pleased with the service I received. If no stars was an option, that would be what this establishment would receive from me!????????????

No consistency. No attention to detail. Lately I’ve found the quality has truly decreased at Pretty Nails. Time and time again the regular manicure I receive is sloppy; nails shaped crookedly, polish on my cuticles, overall a rushed job. Yesterday the $20 manicure didn’t include the normal hand massage with lotion. When I Inquired as to why it wasn’t done, I was told due to Covid, they couldn’t do hands touching hands. Which might make sense in an alternate reality but; THE ENTIRE manicure is hands touching hands, just last month I had a massage with lotion, and I watched the person next to me get the massage with lotion. So no consistency. I’ve always tipped well at these establishments, but after yesterday I will be looking for a new one or continue doing them at home.

Each time I go here to get my nails done it gets better and better. It's Jimmy and Kevin for me. They fix my nails perfect. Nay-Nay makes my eyebrows look spectacular. I have become a regular. Excellent service!!!!
