I don’t typically leave bad reviews but I got my haircut last week and my hair is naturally curly and I’ve left it curly until now. I straightened it only to find out my hair is chopped and uneven! Definitely not what I asked for. I don’t remember what her name was just that she had blonde hair and was in the second station on the right. She was more concerned what was going on in her phone instead of focusing on my hair which I thought was extremely rude. I asked for shoulder length cut and NOT to have it cut straight across but more textured, which was a big cut for me since my hair was waist length. Never again will I go back. If your stylist isn’t paying attention to you completely please be a Karen and say something so your hair doesn’t look like mine. Service: Haircut
I hate my hair cut. Really and truly. I hate it. I told her what I wanted and specifically what not todo. Literally told her “I keep the sides longer” what does she do? Cut the off. How dense are you? Really? I have to work with the public and I look ridiculous. The other lady said “it’s free” thank you for the horrible hair cut. It looks terrible.
Honestly awful. I had been a loyal customer, but not anymore. Especially not for the price and what they did. Megan Brown seems like a sweet girl, but has no idea what she's doing. I told her that I wanted my hair thinned and layered. Most hair dressers part my hair with clips, because it's really thick. Not Megan. She decided to just keep it all down and part it with her hands. I could tell it wasn't thinned as much as other hair dressers have done it in the past, but okay. "Layering" my hair she did the same thing. In the end - my hair wasn't layered at all, and she cut my hair shorter than I wanted. She said that was necessary to layer my hair - fine.... but she didn't layer it. She asked me if that was want I wanted, and I honestly couldn't say yes, but I didn't want to say no, otherwise she would have kept messing with my hair, and ruin it even more. Oh - she also didn't use any hair products or anything but a comb on my hair. I paid $17 for something I could have just done at hom
