Years ago she was on top of her game she would do you're hair and not have you wait a long time, but now she's not even taking a returning customer seriously she's always changing my appointments, having me wait longer than I need to even when I'm in a hurry, doesn't focus fully on the hair and just doesn't listen that well. I don't even know what happened with this whole 180 but it really ruined the whole experience for me I will not be returning again, good luck to anyone else who actually got good service because this is just absurd, I'd even have to wait way longer than I needed when I arrived on time at some point 3 hours you're better off going somewhere else where the people will respect you're time and give you the service you requested, Overall this place used to be good but the owner is making it worse. Love love my hair. The owner is very professional, my silk press came out supper nice na silk . She definitely knows how to work with natural hair. The salon is supper clean and friendly. Highly recommend ????????
