Joyce is absolutely amazing!! My hair has never looked better!!
Joyce is amazing! Not only is she a fabulous person, she is an expert in color correction and getting your hair healthy. She can safely turn jet black hair to a platinum blonde without damaging her client’s hair! Joyce’s work is consistent and my hair always looks great.
