I really wanted to give this place a try for 2 reasons, one it’s owned by a Colombian woman and because it has amazing reviews. Well, I have to say I was highly disappointed. I had an apt for 9 am to get highlights, I arrived at 8:58 and nobody was at the front desk. At 9:10 a gentleman showed up and asked if I was the 9 am apt, he tells me the hairstylist will be late. She finally arrives at 9:15 and doesn’t even apologize or greet me in any manner, after 3 hours and a completely wet shirt, I had to leave. Mind you, I have shoulder length hair, it has never taken more than 2 hours. I was freezing and wet. Didn’t even get to cut or blow dry my hair. The color of the highlights I wanted are not even close, they look gray and yellow. I asked for caramel highlights. The owner never came by to apologize at all. Not what I expected from a Colombian owned place. Service: Hairstyling
