I made an appointment for the day before my sons graduation. I arrived 15 minutes early. After 60 minutes I asked when stylist would arrive since my appointment was for 11am. When she was called she said, "I wasn't sure your appointment was for today. I was doing something when you called and O didn't write it down. "I had to go to my sons graduation without my hair done. So if you have a special occasion don't make an appointment at Trade Salon!
Horrible‼️ I walked in on a Saturday early afternoon & there wasn’t 1 stylist in the building. It was a nail tech sitting at a desk with a book for appointments. I gave him my info & no one ever called for a follow up. I guess this hair salon only does nails. Lol
When I say I jumped out the window with this one! I mean I jumped! And my girl Nikk knocked it out the park! 1st time ever having color added to my hair & I LOVE IT! Services: Haircut, Hair coloring
