I've been going to Jennifer's Hair Studio for about 7 months. A week ago, I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived Jennifer had a client she was working on. I and another customer were waiting for our appointment. After Jennifer completed the hair cut, she went into the bathroom. About 15 minutes later she sends me and the other customer a text message saying the is sick and won't be able to cut our hair today. Okay, fine I get it she was sick. Jennifer hit me up and asked me to reschedule and she apologized. So, I agreed to reschedule for today at 1:00pm. I arrive and shop is locked up and no Jennifer! I called and texted her and as usual no respond. I waited until 1:20pm and then left. A customer waiting was a customer that waited with me on another occasion that Jennifer was extremely late and didn't even have the professional courtesy to call either of us or let us know she was running late. This is a top notch place for hair cuts - at least for men (I have no experience with women's cuts here). I have been having my hair cut by Chris for over a year now, first at the Mt. Lebanon location and now on Mt. Washington. It is absolutely worth the extra drive. Chris has done an excellent job through a variety of hair styles for me and is worth checking out if you need a new barber. They're also cheaper here than at many of the big chain hair care locations, so you'll easily save the gas money it takes driving here.
