Lui Frangia is absolutely the best in the Tri-State area. I've seen Lui work magic on any length hair, any color, and both men and women. He's a true artist, and a wonderful person.
I went to Juli with brassy blonde hair that had leftover purplish pink pieces and 2.5 inch roots that are salt and pepper. She took her time and did multiple corrective color treatments while maintaining the integrity of my hair. The result was absolutely gorgeous! She also gave me a fantastic cut. I highly recommend her! Service: Haircut
