Monica and her staff are so warm and personable while always remaining professional. She’s very knowledgeable about her field and you can tell that she cares about the health of your hair. The atmosphere of Salon XO is always bright and positive, CLEAN with great and wholesome music! These details make all the difference, and I love my experience here every time. 10/10 recommend!

Monica the energy you put out is the energy you receive. The first time I came I was quite satisfied with the customer service and the outcome of the hairstyle. I tipped you because I was very satisfied. Other appointments you were annoyed or seemed grumpy and had an attitude while doing my hair. I overlooked this because I thought maybe you’re just tired from having back to back appointments. I tried booking earlier now to avoid this and ur attitude was the same. You act like I’m begging and not a paying customer. You complain about not being tipped as if it’s mandatory or you know my pocket. Such entitlement. If you don’t like the hair I bring to use just say so but you chose to be extra rude today and you expect me to reward your poor service ? Check your attitude, I was never rude to you. N since I’m banned kindly cancel my future appointments and refund me.
