I love this salon. I have been going there for about 8 years or so. The staff is always friendly and professional. My stylist, Attia always makes me feel like a million dollars from the moment I sit down in her chair. I am very very particular about who I let do my hair and have recommended the salon to others who want to look and feel fabulous!

The stylist did not know how to work with my hair texture. Despite meticulous explanation, the stylist cut my hair in the exact opposite of my request, and was not receptive when I raised concern. I recently visited this salon to correct a haircut at another establishment. My main concerns were (1) primarily, there was an abrupt inflection point in the contour of the profile of the hair that I wanted to fix and (2) secondarily, I wanted to even out the layers. While I arrived promptly, I had to wait longer than expected. Furthermore, only at my request, did the stylist take the step to inspect my hair and prior to washing. Given my hair texture, this step is critical and should have been automatic. Despite being very explicit, the stylist did not address the primary concern: rather, he made the issue worse by raising and making the inflection point more overt (the exact opposite of my request) and cutting the layer shorter, thereby requiring more time before I can visit another stylist

This place is in the heart of Center City, staff was courteous, professional and the stylist did my daughters hair well. We’ll be back!
