I just had my hair done by Carlos today and wanted to share how great the experience was. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment to the moment I walked out the door, I had a great experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. At the appointment, Carlos spent some time learning about the current shape of my hair, what my interests were for color and a cut, and provided thoughtful recommendations on what would work best for my hair. In addition, he’s extremely kind and personable and really made me feel comfortable. The end result is just lovely - my hair looks the best it has in months. Looking forward to returning.
