Love Emma she does a great job waxing however she does get fiesty when you wait too long to get a wax from her. Her time frame for wax is within 4 weeks. If you’re sensitive and take everything she says personal then it’s best you don’t get a wax here cause it’s your money and you deserve great customer service. I don’t go often as I used to because of my work schedule and when I do go she does complain about the coarseness of my hair but I still pay the same price every time I pay tip when it’s done correctly (because I know it’s a lot to deal with )which is most times. I haven’t found other wax salons that I liked in the Philly area so she is the closet one that I like. She is quick and get is it done if I REALLY NEED IT. I hope my review helped you make a conscious decision about your next wax.

Listen don't be trying pack this place up, but Emma girl she is the best waxer you will ever go to in this city. Omg, I was done full Brazilian and underarms in less than 5m. No exaggerating and she didn't have to pluck a thing and I'm a bald kitty. Super clean and just in and out! Prices are super freaking reasonable. It's been 3mon since my last wax, but I was charged 50 for everything... Full Brazilian, stomach and underarms and the best thing is they use chocolate wax. I am super sensitive girl and I feel nothing. Stop reading and just walk in.. no appointments needed! I'll be back asap!
