This review is for manicures and pedicures. If you can get an appointment, they do a great job and use quality products but it's very highly priced. A regular gel manicure on natural short nails costs $40 as does their regular pedicure (even though I bring my own polish for pedicure). The other problem is they NEVER have enough nail techs available, and you have to book the appointments in advance. I'm not sure why they have so many pedicure chairs and manicure tables when they never have enough nail techs and don't take walks-ins. I just called to book 2 pedicures at the same time, and they could not accommodate us today because they only have 1 nail tech (on a Friday!). It's not worth going here unless your willing to book a pedicure a week in advance. At this price point I expect more availability and convenience. There is a nail salon on every corner so they have lost our business due to high price, inconvenience and not being avaliable.
