Alyssa, the salon owner, did an incredible job with my hair coloring, highlights and hair cut on my first visit! She patiently fixed problems I've had for years created by previous Philly salons. The other salons had turned my hair orange, left dark shadow roots and miscut my hair. This is the best my hair has looked and felt in decades! Alyssa is the only one I trust to cut my hair. She takes her time to listen to you, and she delivers! I have thick, coarse Asian hair and she knows how to work with my natural waves and texture to make it ruly and smooth. She is also a pleasure to talk to, never pushy, and very accommodating. I'm so happy with the result, will definitely go back & recommend to my friends! The owner did my hair & she sounded knowledgeable & experienced. My hair had faded color on some parts so it looked bit messy & she used 3 different formulas to make the whole hair look uniform. It's been a few days & my hair still feels soft.
