I’ve given this salon several opportunities and have been disappointed every time. The owner Tina rushes clients through like cattle taking away any dream of having a relaxing experience. My last visit was with my two daughters to get pedicures for my oldest’s wedding. We were separated and rushed and left feeling cheated out of not only a relaxing experience but what could have been a happy memory.

I felt very hurried for my Mani Pedi and I did not have her attention. No flowers or designs ever offered and I'm a bit tired of them begging for cash. I feel something is going on there. Service goes back and forth so I've decided to move on. There are so many salons.

Over good, but depends on who you get. My last visit was 2 stars. The girl giving the pedicure was far more interested in conversing with her coworkers than doing a good job. I truly felt like I was intruding upon their chat party. That's just not the customer experience you want to give. But my biggest gripe was that she spent 90% of the time on the leg that was closest to her friend and ignored my other one. If you've ever had a massage or a pedicure you understand how balance is important. You're looking for roughly half the time on each body side not 90/10 so that your technician could carry on a conversation better. Cut the damage yakity yak ladies - it is about your customers experience not yours
