I've seen Kelsy Rambo a couple of times here and each time she has been amazing! My hair is naturally black, and Kelsy helped me reach the beautiful light blonde I was looking for. She was very attentive and listened to my requests, and did excellent work with my hair. Not only is she great at what she does, Kelsy is also super friendly and kind, and I always enjoy getting to see her.
