Bella Salon

When someone goes above and beyond in the service industry, I like to give them the props they deserve. And this week Taven from Bella Salon was so awesome. My daughter wanted pink and purple hair and saved her own money so she could dye it. It was so important to her. He spent so much time carefully making sure he did an fantastic job and it turned out amazing. She was so happy and it was such a boost in her confidence. When we left the salon she said "Mom... I feel so beautiful". So thank you, Taven, for helping my daughter see how beautiful she is!

I chose this salon because it had a high Google rating so I am hoping to warn others like me. I saw the owner, Hassan, on 5/24 for a cut and highlight appointment. I showed him pictures of how I wanted my hair and explained in detail what I was looking for. He quickly glanced at my pictures once at the beginning of the appointment and went to work. He tried to persuade me part my hair to the side even though the style I showed him was parted in the middle. I stood my ground and told him I would be styling my hair parted in the middle before he began cutting. Hassan gave me choppy shelf layers that look absolutely hacked. The hairstyle I asked for was modern/trendy/edgy and I look like I could be the president of the PTA named Karen. He blow dried my hair, parted it to the side, then tucked it behind my ears because it looks so bad. I will never be returning to this stylist as I feel that he did not listen to what I asked for. Renee is the very best at what she does, she is talented and loves coloring hair. My hair has been blonde nearly white to now dark brown with out an issue.
