Beautify Me Lashes and Spa

I have being getting my lashes done here with Christina, she started great but the last few times my lashes were clumpy and not evenly matched. Two weeks ago I got a full Hybrid and schedule a return for 2 weeks later yesterday. More than half of my lashes felt in two weeks, they looked bad, she attached a lot of heavy long ones on baby lashes and I lost them too. When I told her about yesterday, she just said that is weird. I asked her to we remove those and do a classic set. She said yes, 2 hours later she charged me full price plus removal! $130. So, she did a bad job, didn’t apologize and asked me to pay for her mistake. No problem, she got my money yesterday, but lost a client. She should had at very least giving me a free removal or a discount.

Diane is AMAZING. I went in for a manicure and was so happy to have someone who listens and understands what I want. I eventually started getting my lash extensions done by her and - since I have had horrible experiences, I was quite apprehensive - but Diane went above and beyond by checking in with me throughout the appointment and letting me look at the lashes through the process so I was happy with the end result. I have been going to her ever since and couldn't imagine going to someone else for my lashes. I highly recommend!!
