The Strand at Sola Salons

My hair turned out decent (used the Groupon). From the beginning I felt like I was treated like a second class citizen because I was dressed comfortably and had a Groupon. I think Abby assumed I would not tip well because of it. She barely talked to me when I was trying to be friendly and when her ritzier looking client came in she was extremely friendly to her. Abby knows what she is doing as far as hair goes, but I have never walked in a salon and felt so judged. The ironic thing is that I actually have a PhD and make good money. Moral of the story: acting snobby and judging a book by the cover will not get you a return client.

Love the set up of the salon and everyone was very nice. It wasnt until days later, when i straightened my hair, that i notice the lady completely messed up. I got a simple straight cut and the right side ,underneath, my hair is sooooo much shorter than the rest of my hair. Im soo disappointed and upset. I was go in to go back and see if theybwould fix it but it is already shorter than i wanted .. Really disappointing. Service: Hairstyling

Michele has done wonders for my hair! I’ve recommended her to friends because I know they’ll be happy with her cuts. Nice to have a small space too, instead of large and loud salons.
