My friend and I got pedicures here and while the end result was good, the service was not. We had appointments, so we weren't just walk-ins... and both techs seemed to be inconvenienced by everything. My friend asked if her tech could do a specific design and he looked at the photo then ignored her and didn't respond till she asked again... and when he did respond he was obviously irritated at being asked to put in the extra effort. Then it turned out he wasn't even able to do it so she had to completely pivot last minute after the base color was already on (the request was a simple ombre on her big toe). They also have the weirdest payment policy... the more you spend on your card, the higher the processing fee is. They really push for you to use the ATM and pay with cash. We both left agreeing we would not be returning.

Lana was incredible. She was so kind and did an awesome job on my nails. She got the length, shape, and design perfect. The entire staff is welcoming and very attentive. I enjoyed my visit for the first time at Albany, Oregon location. I was a walk-in and they fit me in within 10 minutes of waiting. They were very friendly and affordable, and did a great job on my nails, only took about 45 to 50 min to fill and color my nails to my preference. I will definitely be back. I was very pleased with the guy who did my nails, his name was Hai (not sure how to spell his name correctly). Thank you very much!!! Service: Acrylic nails
