Honestly don't know the ladies name that cut my hair today but she won't be doing it again honestly the worst hair cut I've ever received

I have curly hair but like to flat iron it. I recently broke my knee so it's difficult to stand and flat iron my own hair. I called to make an appointment to have my hair flat ironed I asked the girl on the phone what the charge would be. I was quoted $15.50 for flat iron only if I wanted it washed and blow-dried it would be $5 more for $20.50. I came in for my appointment with clean dry hair. It took the girl 40 minutes to flat iron as my hair is short collarbone length. She did a good job I mean after all it's only a flatiron job. When I went up to pay she told me there was a discount for people 60 and older and asked if I wanted to use that.. of course I did I'm 68 ???? Then she told me that with the"whisper" discount my charges were $39.25 !!! What ??? I was quoted $15.50 . I said there must be some kind of mistake that wasn't what I was quoted when I made the appointment. She told me that was a call center that quoted me the price and it was incorrect ????
