Make sure to get an appointment before you do. The store is quite easy to locate. I went in for a hair treatment. Bri had assisted me for the day. She was walked me through each step and spend a good amount of time and energy to get my hair blow dried straight. I had a great amount of shedding during my visit so I had asked her to shampoo gently. She took good care of my hair and advised me on the types of shampoo to use and how to manage my hair.

She was awesome! I had really long hair and I wanted to cut it short to right below my shoulders. I appreciate that she cut it longer to still make sure I was ok with the length and asked me each time how I liked the length. She will be the only person I trust to cut my hair from now on.

The experience that I had here was unlike any salon experience I have ever had before. My hair was so damaged and needed a cut so badly, it started to make me feel terrible about myself. My hair is long and I've been growing it out for years, I am very picky when it comes to getting it cut. But My Stylist Bethany listened to my concerns, and she did exactly as I asked, and she asked me before she did anything if it was okay. My hair looks so beautiful and healthy now, I feel like I can be me again. Thairapy Salon is so relaxing and inviting, and every employee went above and beyond with every customer, even if the client was not theirs.
