I was excited to make an appointment here. Even with the high price I chose an experienced stylist to help with my hair. The reason for the 2 stars is fully to do with my experience. I barely had a consultation. I made the comment about hating my hair but wasn’t asked what I hated. I got a blunt cut and barely a shampoo. I honestly left feeling worse than when I walked in. I wasn’t asked if I liked the length or anything. I wasn’t even shown the back. She used heavy products that made my hair greasy. With my anxiety I didn’t feel comfortable confronting her but being out over a hundred dollars on a subpar experience and haircut I felt it necessary to share. I don’t think I will be returning.

(From my friend who doesn’t have the heart to review themselves)… Nice ambiance, people were nice. However, DEFINITELY research the stylist before you book cuts or color. She’s out $300 and was told there was no opportunity for a refund. Hands down her worst salon experience to date.

I recently moved to OKC from the Dallas area. Salon W came highly recommended and I couldn’t be more pleased that I chose to follow that advice! What a gorgeous salon! Previously, I was with the same stylist for almost 20 years. I had some nerves today, but Teresa’s friendliness and knowledge quickly put me at ease. I’m super excited to begin this new “hair chapter” with Teresa!
