The staff is professional and make you feel like family. The atmosphere is relaxing and I love how clean the salon is and the extra sanitizing precautions.

I just love everyone who works here. They are all very knowledgeable about my hair and I have gotten so many compliments since I have been going there. This is the place for me.

Now EDITED: It was my first time there and I was excited to finally find a black-owned and operated salon. I did a silk press with my natural short hair which was booked at $85. At check out I was charged $125. I asked the lady at the check-out why?(who happened to be one of the mothers of the stylist), she said that it was for hair treatment. I asked what hair treatment? She couldn't really tell me and ended up saying that it's because it's my first time and next time it won't be that expensive. All the while, looking down and couldn't look me in the eye to justify why I was billed $40 more. To my memory, there was no hair treatment. No permission was sought from me if I wanted any specific treatment at an extra charge only be to upcharged by 50% at check out. My stylist was even complaining that my hair was dry and I should work on moisturizing it. I wasn't happy about that and I still tipped because I didn't want to be seen as a jerk.
