Snip-its Haircuts for Kids

I loved this place until now!! I don't normally like to leave a negative review but after my most recent visit I'm unsatisfied with your location. The hair dresser made an unnecessary comment and snooty facial expressions and they don't listen to how I've asked to cut my kids hair. I had to try to fix the spots, at home, I specifically ask to be cut. They tell me that its not how its supposed to be cut but I do NOT care. I want it how I say because I know how my kids hair is. I have no issue spending the amount of money it costs. BUT I expect a pleasant atmosphere and to be heard as the parent. I'm sure having an overwhelming amount of people in the salon and screaming kids who are scared of haircuts make the environment difficult at times but at the same time that's what you get when working with children and I don't expect anyone in a profession with children to be so distracted by noise. Especially if you advertise that your location has hair dressers who get training for children

Wonderful Experience! I’m in the biz and we normally get hair cut with my girl. She was sick so we checked this place out. Heather took care of us. Everything was fun and she was great with him. He doesn’t like new places and is shy with new people. She did a great job as well. Highly recommend! Thanks for the great service! Service: Haircut

Love going here. They always do a good job for my Grandson. Its a little pricy but worth it for them to be so kind and patient with the kids. My GS was a big brat this last time but she still got the job done!
