I asked for a haircut and partial highlight and was quoted there in store 65 ish dollars. Well Sarah cut my hair and started my highlights as we near the end of the foil the senior hair stylist (guessing manager) says that she used too many foils and I will need to be charged extra. I don't feel this was fair since it wasn't my mistake and had she been new then this information should have been presented to the employee in the beginning as at least a reminder. So I walked out having to pay $90 which was way out of my budget. The only reason I paid was my hair did look good and Sarah was very kind through the process. I appreciate Sarah's hard work but I strongly disagree with the manager's/ senior stylist decision to up the customers charge even though it was no fault to the customer .

Booked an appt for cut and color online and it was good in fact 0 waiting.. Got a called from Zak saying if i can come earlier I mention I had my daughter but I would try he said ok that I can bring her... well my kid wasn't on her best behavior and I decided it's best I don't bring her like I had plan so i called back and explained. Zak said well the online system is wrong and he is the only one who can do it when he told me he wasn't going to when first talked and he had another appt and coworkers were leaving. So it's either I go early or another day. I can't reschedule cause of my work schedule so I decided not to go. Big reason why I'm rating low is cause if appt is made I should be accommodated thus a appt I tried to work with them but couldn't cause of my kid. All moms know the experience with my kid wasn't going to be good or relaxing she's 2.
