Horrible and disrespectful experience. I reached out to the lash tech (@ esty4short) to book a full set. I have her serveral days of availability, and she chose Friday (today). Before I booked/she chose that day, I explained Friday morning was good but I had to be done by 11:15 to get to work ( I am a Retail Sales Manager, by job does not allow for tardiness). She assured me my appointment would be at 9 am sharp, and time wouldn’t be an issue (I also have a 25+ minute commute from the salon to my job, and factored that into my schedule), paid my deposit, and got the confirmation text for Friday at 9 am. She texted me 9…yes, 9 minutes before my appointment started to attempt to reschedule for 9:45….and I was already at the salon waiting in the parking lot. She assured me she’d be there no later than 9:15.
