Nice place. Visited twice so far. First time was really great! The tech had done a very nice job. Didn't catch his name but will request him on my next visit. Second time... I wasn't too impressed, the tech seemed to be in a hurry. She rushed through, I'll pass if she is assigned to me again.
Terrible service. Please spend your money elsewhere. My nails started bubbling and paint started chipping before I even left the place. I tried to speak with the management professionally but she began to yell. When I asked could she correct the issue, she put top coat on my nail. I alerted her that I was not satisfied and she began to mimick me and rolled her eyes and spoke Ill about me to another customer. Customer service is everything to me, therefore this establishment sucks and I refuse to support a business with rude and unprofessional service.
I absolutely love this place they do such a beautiful job with my nails and their pedicures are just really good This is my favorite go-to place since I've been in Ohio for about the last 7 years Michelle number five does my nails
