Euphoria day spa

My experience here was HORRIBLE. It was so unprofessional. We had a 1:30 appointment and the stylist Mimi didn’t show up until 2pm, After previously cancelling our appointment twice. First of all, she used an old dirty brush and comb she used on both me and my sister without sanitizing. She also dropped it and didn’t sanitize it after using it again! She was texting while doing my hair.. She didn’t have the supplies needed, and while she was processing my hair, she started panicking saying she “didn’t know this would process so quick” and then rushed through the other half with no foils just rubbing bleach all over my hair when I asked for HIGHLIGHTS. when she was done my hair was completely YELLOW and they had no toner to fix it. She said i could come back in the morning to get it toned but I wouldn’t step foot back in that place. I would be shocked if this girl was licensed! I’ll be reporting to the Ohio cosmetology board. I go here because I follow the tech that's been doing my nails for years. Her name is Tiffany and she's absolutely amazing when it comes to nails. I would recommend her 200% She gets me in whenever I need to. Even at the last minute. She is also the best when it comes to fixing a broken nail!! I will never go anywhere else. These are just a few pictures to see what she has done for me. She does nail art freehand. I show her a picture of what I want and she does it. I can't say enough great things about her!

Came for 3 pedicures and 1 manicure with my mom and sisters. All 4 artists did a great job. There was some work being done on the floor with loud power tools, but aside from that, we had a nice time.
