I have been going to Minerva for a little over a year now. She is lovely to work with and my hair turns out amazing every single time. She always meets my crazy requests with enthusiasm. My hair has been virtually every color of the rainbow. I highly recommend A Touch of Class and I absolutely recommend Minerva for all of your vivid color needs! ????????

I scheduled a haircut for 3:30 to get a bob haircut and undercut. I’ve only ever been to Great Clips before this, and they knew it was my first time in the salon. As soon as I came in, they sat me down and started. While they did a good job on the haircut and were fairly quick in doing so, the woman was distracted and a bit rough. I don’t know her name. They speak Spanish, so I did not know what was going on when they spoke to anyone besides me, and the woman was talking to others around her as she was cutting and shaving my hair. She didn’t say much to me throughout my experience. I have sensitive skin and a small but clear mole on my neck, and while she was shaving my hair, she ran the mole over several times with the razor. Hours later, I took a shower and it’s still painful. I paid $35 for my haircut, which I wasn’t informed I would be paying until after it was completed, as there are no signs with prices. I don’t remember the last time I’ve done a review, I’m not that kind of person. But this is my first time I’ve come here and it is my last. I heard the girls say the wax was way too hot and still continued to use it. She was very rough with my skin. I now have a scar on my eyebrow from her doing it. Not to mention she was 15 minutes late. I’ve heard she’s hurt other people in the past and has a hard time addressing it. I think she goes by starr. Service: Eyebrow shaping
