The one star is for the instructor, my hairstylist I was really satisfied with. I got there before the color cut off was however the instructor told me that I wouldn’t be finished until two and that they close at three and she didn’t want Peyton to do my color. Please keep in mind that they close at three so she had ample amount of time to do it I also drove 40 minutes and wasn’t able to get it done. Miss Johnson was rude and was rude and rude to Peyton while I was sitting there. Unfortunately it seems that They are getting a bad rap but it’s not because of the stylus but because of some of the instructors.

Took 7 ppl there to get their hair done. 6 were able to. 1 couldn't bc they don't do color or perms after 2pm but that wasn't posted anywhere. 2/6 were cut fine and we were pleased with. Another 1 finally got it done right but it took a good 4 ppl working on the hair to get it done. The other 3 their haircuts turned out bad. All 3 of those were just getting a trim and from long chunks being missed to cutting the bangs in the opposite direction and then 1 came home and her hair is so uneven and slanted to the right side in the back it. Now mind you we had a different person doing each person's hair so .. this place truly is hit or miss. But a typical straight across the back trim seems to me like it should be a standardized learned skill.. for 3 of the stylist this did not seem to be the case. Choose carefully. It's like Russian roulette of the hair.. when you win you win big.. but when you lose.. your really lose. Not sure I'd go again. If I did.. there would be very few ppl allowed

Mariah was my stylist and she did an amazing job. She cut it perfectly and the deep conditioning left my hair feeling great.
