Salon Lofts Hilliard Mill Run

I recently visited Theresa-West Barnes for the first time to get full highlights and a cut. I was charged for full highlights but got partial highlights maybe?? I was done within an hour and thought hummm. My hair never takes less then 2 hours to highlight. Left with wet hair and once it dried it looked no different from when I went in. I was way over charged for a haircut that per her pricing was included in the price. But when she was adding everything up was telling me everything separately. Quite confusing and misleading! I was also charged for conditioner I never asked for or was told about until she was charging me for everything!! It was the WORSE highlighting I have ever had and the most expensive ????????‍♀️. Most women go to the salon to get pretty and feel refreshed and happy. Needless to say, that isn’t me the past week. I had a few friends ask me I was getting my hair done next and I told them I just had it done ????????‍♀️. Embarrassing!! I won’t be returning and I now h

Jodi Duncan - horrible hairdresser - stripped my hair, damaged it, over processed - causing me to have to get it redone, she never once asked me about going platinum she made the assumption - when I sent her pictures of what I wanted - blonde! she foiled my hair , didn’t do the roots( the whole reason one goes to the salon when you needs roots done) she knew she messed up when she I instantly said I didn’t have to pay her - she should not be allowed to have a license. She also messed up my daughters hair too. Very disrespectful and a horrible hairdresser.. I will never suggest anyone go to get at Salon Lofts at Mill Run. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

The salon staff were friendly. Each stylist works in his/her own room. Our stylist, Ashley is a curly hair specialist and did an excellent job cutting the hair of my children. Her room had seating and we were able to all be together during our appointments. You do need to call ahead to make appointments.
