I am a newer client and moved to Columbus from out of state. I had initial trouble finding a good stylist and had a bad experience elsewhere that made me nervous to try a new one. I found Marissa from Instagram and am thrilled!!!! She does exactly what I want! She listens to my concerns about my hair and pays attention to what I explain to her. I also am a licensed cosmetologist and can tend to be picky and she has a exceeded any expectations of mine! She is so fun and outgoing, I feel like I know her so well already and have only been in a couple of times and will keep coming back to her! Mission has a great ambiance with lots of great stylists and then receptionists are so nice when you first walk in! It’s decorated so cute and they carry amazing products as well! After not having my hair done in over a year (during pregnancy) and losing so much hair during the postpartum period, I finally found Megan who is simply amazing! She transformed my look - she brought my dark brown hair back to life, gave me some perfectly placed caramel colored highlights, and nailed my haircut. She took about 4-5 inches off my thinning hair and magically trimmed me up in a way that makes my thin hair look voluminous. Megan is also incredibly sweet and nice to talk to.
