Worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I came in completely blonde, I just needed my roots touched up. I arrived at 2:30pm, and didn't leave until after 7:30pm. When scheduling I was quoted $150 for my foils. Upon checking out, they said my total was $312! I was floored to say the least. That’s $162 more than the originally quoted service price… for FOILING. Not to mention my appointment (which at my usual salon takes no more than 2 1/2 hours) lasted 5 HOURS. This was due to sitting with my head under a dryer for an hour, my head in a shampoo bowl for OVER an hour while my stylist worked on multiple other clients (no one even offered to come to rinse me out!) $312 is LUXURY salon pricing, and my experience was nothing near being a luxury experience. The decor is outdated, the stylist are double and triple booked so they don’t have the proper time to complete their clients, and pricing changes are not communicated until you’ve reached the counter to pay. I’ve loved every service that I’ve had with Dawn! I made an appointment a few months back on a whim after needing a haircut and being overwhelmed by the sheer amount of salons in Columbus. The treatment that she used in my hair made it feel so much softer and healthier after dying it myself weeks prior. She was super friendly and this past visit she was very helpful in showing me the best way to style my bangs and recommended a great product! The salon itself is very warm and inviting. Will definitely keep coming back :)
