First of all, D is very kind, and provides great services when it comes to lashes and eye brows. But do NOT go to her for henna. If you do, use a stencil do not ask her if she can free hand your henna design. Though she will tell you she can do it, the design is lackluster, messy, and not very clean looking. My lines are crooked, she did not go back over the design to correct the blobs. I’ve attached photos of the design she did. When I calmly brought to her attention that I wasn’t satisfied, she immediately became snappy and even raised her voice, saying “it’s not my fault, I tried to make it nice for you!” She then proceeded to use a w tip to start rubbing my hand in order to “erase” the already dried henna. I asked her if there was anything we could do, she said she would just charge 15 instead of 25 for the design, but I felt sad, and I even more hurt that when I simply tried to voice my concern, she blamed it on the “type” of henna and said that it “melted that way,”and that from

I went and got my lashes done 4-5 days ago, had to go back the next day because my left one had one hanging in the front corner. Then had to go bak 2 days later because they were separated in the middle of the left one, then the right was lifting at the end, separating and hanging in the corner. If I could give them a 000000 review I would! Because now today my entire right lash came off on its own!! And the left one is hanging in spots. This is freaking ridiculous, I didn't pay for them to keep messing up!! I'll NEVER go back there because clearly they're not doing something correct and the lady was rude talking about next time you have to pay for us to fix anything, if it was my fault then yeah I should, but yall clearly ain't doing something right. I WILL NEVER be coming back, and I feel like yall should give me a refund because this is ridiculous. I've already let alot of people know to NEVER come to yall.

Awful. When i first walked in the two workers (didn’t get names) gave me dirty looks. I then showed them a lash inspo pic and my lady basically told me she’s not doing what i want. When she finished i nicely asked her to make them longer and more natural looking how i asked before, she proceeded to have an attitude the rest of the time and just put 3-4 semi longer lashes overtop the already placed lashes and charged us extra.
