Be very careful going to Rose. Just have knowledge. She may have developed better over the years but truly I have had one nightmare exp and it was with her. She razored already thin hair and cut pieces so short they are still growing out. I would just go in with full knowledge so you can catch any red flags and stop them before too late. I never gave permission to be razored either. Again she may have developed better over the years but it was a bad experience I’ll never forget. And I felt it was important to share, especially think I think about this experience more than I ever should n

This was my 1st & last visit with this "over priced" place! Courtney rushed through my visit, hardly spoke ten words to me, and I left there with absolutely the worst hair style that I have ever had! It was NOTHING LIKE I SHOWED HER! It was a 3 color style with a 5 minute haircut! If she couldn't do it, she should of spoke up, instead of taking my money!! I called the very next working day and complained, and it took her over 7 days to get in touch with me, even though I kept calling back! If I could give negative stars, I would!!!! Also they over charged me by $50 !!! Be warned! Forgot to mention that she missed 3 sections on the back of my hair, because she was rushing my appointment, because she had booked another person to close to my time!
