As usual wonderful!! Fabulous stylist!! My hair always looks wonderful when I leave my stylist is attentive and listens to any suggestions I have. Would never go any where else!!

Having fine hair and a preference for shorter styles, I've often struggled to find a hairstylist who meets my needs. However, Rae has been a fantastic discovery. She expertly cuts my hair to maximize its fullness, and what truly sets her apart is her remarkable consistency. Every visit is a guarantee of great results.

Loved when Ariel was with this chain. Last visit, I went back to get shorter layers as it didn't dry shorter as I expected... staff is polite, helpful, scheduled me right away, unfortunately I ended up waiting an extra 15+mins beyond the apt time, the scissors my stylist used were clearly dull not cutting through, and she pulled out *someone else's hair* from a brush before using it on me as if it hadn't been cleaned between uses. Asked for the same cut when I'd seen Ariel and it wasn't like it at all but she did put in a lot of effort trying. All that together makes me not want to come back to a place I expect to be better than an $18 quick cut place; allocate funds toward better or more tools for your stylists please...?
