I have been going to Ken for over 5 years to get my hair cut. He always does a good job. I've never had a bad hair cut. The staff is always courteous and accommodating. They will call you the day before your appt. to remind you and email your appt. also. They offer other services also at a reasonable price.
I made an appointment 1 week ahead for hair color and cut, and was looking forward to the scheduled appointment. My appointment was scheduled for early evening. 30 minutes prior to my appointment, they called to cancel my appointment as the stylist called off due to sickness in the family. I am very disappointed as they should have called me earlier in the day and I would have the chance to call other salons to fit me in. Stuck with crazy locks and ended up having to cancel my reservation to attend a wedding party.
I love coming to the Laura Gregory Salon. They are always friendly and welcoming. Andie, my stylist always listens and translates my wants into a beautiful haircut and style that is easy to care for and suits me perfectly. Andie is awesome!
