Brienna is WONDERFUL. I've been going to her for a few years now and have never been disappointed. She does amazing work and is knowledgeable. I've been getting highlights for over 10 years and she'd done the best work on my hair. Love her!

Brienna is wonderful. She never fails to make her clients feel comfortable. She educates her guests and talks to them in a way to make sure there are no major surprises at the end of their visit. Not to mention her loft. It’s so cute! Can’t wait to come in and see her again soon!!

Had a very unfortunate experience with Nicole Henry. I had been going to her for over a year and asked for a root touch up and a few highlights. I have brown hair and she turned my roots red and the ends orange. It was not blended and looked nothing like the picture I showed her. I asked her to fix it but she blamed the color on my hair being too dark to lift, when in reality she took the color off before it was fully processed. I asked if she could fix it and she offered a toner or a refund. I chose refund and she only partially refunded me. I asked again for the full amount as we had discussed and she refused. I had to pay someone else over $200 to fix my hair. Mistakes happen, but to refuse to correctly fix the mistake or provide restitution is unprofessional and bad business. Sadly I won’t be returning to salon lofts or Nicole Henry. Services: Hair highlighting, Hair coloring
