I recently had booked an appointment for a consultation and styling with LaShonda ,the experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional. My hair was not like the picture I showed to her, I could go on and on but I won’t, however I would not recommend to anyone.
Ms. LaShonda has been taking care of my hair care needs since I moved to Cincinnati OH and have never been more pleased! She and her Salon Team are professional, timely and consistently show concern with not only keeping me current on my styles; but also the overall health of my hair! Great experience at Uptown Salon. Tammy was great! She was very professional and courteous.The owner, LaShonda, took the time to introduce herself and thanked me for do business with her establishment. I’m totally impressed with their services. I appreciate and highly recommend them.
