next level hair salon

I went a little early to get my hair my grandson was with me...he goes mostly everywhere with me. He is well kept. I arrived early thinking I can look at some of the hair. Big as day on the door was posted no kids allowed no exceptions...my appointment was at 3pm so I sat around all day in anticipation that I would have my hair done. If this was mentioned which I didn't think to ask I would of been able to book somewhere else but it was so late in the day nobody was taking walkins ..very disappointed in the customer service

My hairdresser was friendly and professional . I felt comfortable and know I was in good hands

They was very rude and unprofessional, I will never go there I don't care how nappy my head is These people is rude, I wouldn't advise no one to go at this shop, the next level they disobedient!!!
