Hired Alba for my wedding to do hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party. The ladies were absolutely amazing at delivering exactly what we all asked for, as well as giving ideas to those who asked. My bridesmaids looked like bombshells! Very unprofessional, not reliable. I booked an appointment for a haircut (with Jessie B) weeks prior to the day of the appointment. They called and confirmed the appointment 1 day prior. Then they called the day of the appointment asking if I could come at an earlier time (2:30 instead of my original time of 3:45), and I could not due to pre-scheduled engagements, and they said no problem. Then at 2:30, they called back and said that they had to cancel the appointment because "the lady scheduled before my appointment had 'more hair' than they expected and would require more time." They said her appointment started at 12:00, making her appointment over 4 hours long (sounds like a bad lie). I asked why they would offer me 2:30 instead of 3:45 if that was the case, and they said "the stylist would have had a gap for 'processing' to do my appointment in between." None of this makes sense and is very unprofessional. Do not offer appointments that you cannot keep. Be honest about why you are

I saw Lauren for a balayage and was THRILLED with how it came out. She did an amazing job and I would absolutely go back to her next time I need my hair done!
