If you are a bright blonde, RUN do not walk, to see Devlan @ Michael’s! This was my first time having my hair professionally colored, and she killed it! I could not be more impressed with how natural her work looks (I’m naturally a darker dirty blonde color). Had a great experience at Michaels. It was my first time there and Becca did my hair. She listened to what I wanted and did just that. Go see Becca! She was great!

I understand everyone’s experience is different but personally I would give them zero stars. They are unprofessional and incapable of working with all types of hair. I made an appointment with someone and arrived to learn that person took another client. I sat with another person and specifically asked if they felt comfortable doing my natural hair and she said yes. She was not able to do it, although I throughly told explained what I wanted AND showed personal pics of my hair. I was then scheduled for a service check with my original stylist. The manager called to discuss the situation and it was very clear she’s just as clueless as the other employees. Don’t waste your time.
