Bangs Salon & Spa

I love Bangs Salon! The salon is beautiful, clean, and everyone is so kind. Mashawn is absolutely amazing and I am always so happy with my hair!

This was my second time coming to Bangs and unfortunately this time didn’t go very well. I had an appointment for cut and dye but my stylist (Candice) was stating that she didn’t know if we’d have time for certain aspects of what I was wanting done (staggered layers and a low ombré). She took about 5 minutes washing my hair and after combed out my upper ear piercing twice in a row. The cut turned out as a very intense shag in tandem with my curls which was not what I was hoping for at all. Overall it just felt as though there was major miscommunication and a lack of understanding between stylist and client even with example pictures brought in. I hate to leave a negative review, I’ve just never had this type of experience at a salon before.

My favorite salon in the area! Candace is my stylist and she ALWAYS helps me get exactly what I want every time and gives me helpful advice on proper hair maintenance!
