I was very disappointed with the service I received. My hair turned out patchy and much darker than I wanted. I stopped into the salon the following day to express my concerns and to see what could be done to fix it. I booked an appointment for what I thought was a color correction. I later found out that I would have to pay for that upcoming appointment on top of the $180 I already spent!!!! I canceled that appointment right away. I did not feel it was right to charge me for a service that should have been right the first time. Unprofessional salon. Please read the reviews and don't make the same mistake I did. The receptionist with short grey/white hair was rude. Had a attitude. First time there too. My hair dress was a young lady. Very sweet, unfortunately I didn’t get the 50$ hair cut I wanted (tip included) I was very bummed. Could’ve gotten my hair cut at great clips.. Service: Haircut
Gillian is so wonderful! She somehow just knew the exact color I wanted (and without a picture!). Great service!!!
